Delete your account

You can delete your account inside the app or request deletion by email if you no longer have access.

Request permanent deletion by email

Send the request from the email address associated with your Calorie Budget account. This helps us verify ownership without asking for sensitive credentials.

  1. Email us from your account address.
    Use the button below or send a message directly to our support address.
  2. We verify ownership.
    We may reply with a limited verification request. We will never ask for your password.
  3. We permanently delete the account.
    Authentication and associated application data are removed after verification.

Do not include your password, Google password or authentication codes. We aim to respond within 7 business days and complete a verified deletion request within 30 days.

Request account deletion

What is deleted

Once the request is verified, deletion includes the Firebase Authentication account and user-owned application data, such as:

  • profile and account records;
  • calorie plans, recorded weights and plan reviews;
  • Journal days, food entries, meals and notes;
  • favorite recipes and meal-analysis sessions;
  • AI reports, usage records and user-specific membership data;
  • user-owned files in application storage, where applicable.

Delete directly from the app

If you can sign in, open the profile icon, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. The in-app process can verify your identity and complete deletion directly.

Limited retention

We may retain only information that must be kept for a legitimate legal, security or fraud-prevention purpose. Any such retention is limited to what is necessary and is described in our Privacy Policy.
